the words in this page make my soul burn, my warrior spirit feel again the battle, fighting for the true, to be for what i was born, alwyas i follow the ideas that we need to look in our past if we want found the right way, but as Miss Barbara, i try, but i was the looser. I would like say to not just my soul or to Miss Barbara, but anyone aroud the world like me, like MIss Barbara, like who write this page, to all like us.
Untill we fighting alone, so fair from each others, because we don’t know each other, they will win, but, if we use the techinology to find each other and be in touch and maybe by this monitor create a new spirit of Alexandria and from this new point we can building something. What i learn from my experience is just 1 sample thing, they try to make you alone, because how we say, only 1 can not win the war, but in 2 we have some chances.
So we are no crazy, but alone, so people, past is past, maybe we are somewhere, but i know, like in me, in my soul there is still a big and strong fire, and i know is also inside to you.

Dear Mr Trevisani,
thank you for your posts. I think they perfectly match the reality. I have been working for years in an old styled company. For years I have been trying to demonstrate that was possible to lead people in a different way, to motivate them and to get their best even under very difficult situations. I worked hard and hard. At the end we entered in a distruptive restructuring process and in a more than ever toxic environment.
I tried to resist but was impossible. At the end I failed and I left.
I put myself under discussion and only by reading your posts I could say I was not crazy, it is possible to be and act differently.
